      Blue Home was founded in 1985 in Florence, since then and in a very short time the company became one of the most important Italian textile editor representative.
In few year, our samples books became aspired by all the best show-room as exclusive offers and professionalism symbol. From 1996 to 2004,Blue Home has been owned by the Salvatore Ferragamo Group, the world fashion leader, symbol of Italian style. During these years the company has been prepared to new challenges, with a constant attention to the market trends and thanks to creative resources typical of fashion world, unusual in a so conservative market as upholstery fabrics.
In the last years Blue Home has been introduced, distributing only by a selected number of high quality show-rooms, its new Blue Home world: a correct mix of style and creativity, constantly renovating to the new tendencies.
      Now Blue Home distributes its collections all around the world, from Italy to United States, from Australia to China: hundreds of collections have been created from the beginning to our days.
In 2004, Blue Home was acquired by its management team, under the direction of Moreno Vago. The company also acquired Cortis another distributor of exclusive decorative fabrics. The two different product lines combine to give Blue Home a leading edge in both traditional and classical fabrics as well as the contemporary classical designs Blue Home has been known for under the Ferragamo ownership.
